Ellerbank, Spain and beyond . . .

Many of the courses now take place at Ellerbank, home to David and Eliza, where there is a Meditation Room at the end of their garden. The farmhouse is situated in the hamlet of Gawthrop just half a mile from Dent in Cumbria. It is a beautiful location – ideal for quiet and contemplation.

Alternatively many of the Iuna teachers live across Britain, so please get in touch if you would like to be taught nearer your home.

Meadowside Café and Stone Close Cafés are in the village of Dent but lunch can be provided at Ellerbank to save a trip down to the village.

Directions

Gawthrop is half a mile from Dent – the post code is LA10 5TA.  You can park by the river just over the bridge in the centre of the hamlet. From there you will see a white farm house on the road with a post box in it. Gawthrop is within easy reach of the M6, and the nearest main line station is Oxenholme, the Lake District. Dent Station is four miles east of the village on the Leeds-Carlisle line.
